Mistra Future Fashion

Clothes affect the environment, in particular climate and water, throughout their life cycle. This programme will provide the Swedish fashion industry with the tools it needs to become competitive by turning sustainability into a commercial advantage. Research covers everything from policy instruments and strategies for systemic change to new design tools, textile fibres with less impact on the environment, and new ideas on textiles recycling.
